The Georgia World Congress Center maintains six rate schedules with varying rates and information depending on the type of event. Rates for conventions differ from rates for meetings or consumer shows.

In addition to the rate schedules below, we offer event planners a guide for understanding how we charge for certain service-related items called "Budget to Avoid Surprises."

Rate Schedule 1: Conventions & Trade Shows
Rate Schedule 1 provides an inclusive rate for exhibitions and trade shows based on the net square feet of space used for the event.

Rate Schedule 2 is especially for individual meeting rooms and spaces used for general meetings, presentations, banquets and similar activities.
